Ellen is an Online Coach and Personal Trainer from Donegal. She fell into the coaching realm after a knee injury brought her days of football to a premature end. She is a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach as well as holding a certification in being a women’s coaching specialist and also holds her qualifications in pre and post natal exercise.  Through her experience with injury and the mistakes she made along the way, she aims to help her clients become the strongest versions of themselves as opposed to the smallest version.
