Sarah Hawkins is an AfN registered associate nutritionist and yoga teacher who specialises in gut health. 

She works one to one with a range of clients from different backgrounds, helping them to improve their gut symptoms, manage their IBS and improve their relationship with food.  Taking a non-judgmental approach, she works together with her clients to empower them with the tools and strategies to better manage their health.
